The web tends to be the best place. I find the item I want, then I check around to see who has the cheapest price AND from reputable online stores. Sometimes I order direct from the manufacturer if I can’t find the right size for an item. For baby bear’s buttplug, I couldn’t find anyone that had a small Pure Plug in stock, so I called up njoy and they had me the correct size in two days.
My best advice is to buy quality products. There are a lot of shitty products out there and in the early days (before the web), I spent a lot of money on really crappy items. Back then it was damn near impossible to get quality stuff. I was kinda stuck with whatever the local porn shop sold, all of it was high priced junk.
